Family Ties -
by Ruth-Anne Lynch
Documentary about a
trip Ruth-Anne Lynch made to Guyana earlier this year to visit
her parents. She had planned to travel around Guyana with
her father to do some family research and to bond with her Dad.
During the trip he became ill and was hospitalised twice.
"We all (including himself) thought he was dying," she
says. "Luckily he pulled through but it really
brought the Lynch family together." The documentary
is about the events prior to, during and after his
illness. It was submitted as a piece of work for her
Documentary and Experimental Radio module at the University
of Sunderland. |
