We use online community radio and portal website techniques as a way of supporting new and aspiring writers in London. 

Community Radio Support for New Writers
This project, funded by Old Possum's Practical Trust took place during 2007-2008.  We set up a series of informal recording sessions around London where writers could read or perform their original work.  The edited recordings were then published as a Showcase on this site.  

That particular project has now finished.  However, we will be pleased to hear from anyone wanting to set up further sessions using similar methods, especially if you are part of a wider project supporting new writers, and/or if you have funding in place.  Please contact us quoting Community Radio Support for New Writers.

London Literature Online
Wherever you live in London, you're not far from a group to support you as a new or aspiring writer.  London Literature Online is a portal website which brings together and links you to all kinds of projects and support organisations for new writers across London.  It's divided into boroughs, so you can quickly find support in your area.
